High-quality and fast delivery is ensured by our partners DPD.
The delivery time of the parcel depends on the selected delivery method and the deadline specified by the courier. DPD will inform you about the exact delivery date of the package.

Paid orders are collected the next working day after the order is placed and transferred to DPD couriers, who deliver the goods within 1-2 working days.

Return
Return of defective goods/ Incorrect order
To return a product of poor quality or damaged during shipping, write to us at hello@waves.lt. In the letter, be sure to indicate the order number, the reason for the return and attach the package damage certificate (if the product is damaged during delivery).
After receiving the request, we will contact you and send you a return form, which will need to be filled out and placed in the return package together with the proof of order.
If not all or not the goods that were ordered have been delivered, contact hello@waves.lt stating the order number and provide a list of missing and/or mixed goods.
