How to use:

Use one softgel once or twice daily as directed by the manufacturer.

Since astaxanthin is fat soluble, it is best to take it with food. However, due to the phospholipids in the formulation, this is not necessary.

According to the studies, the average dose of astaxanthin is 6-8 mg per day, but doses as high as 20-50 mg of astaxanthin have been tolerated. No noticeable side effects were recorded, but the exact toxicity and upper dose limit are not known.
